We'll enjoy a slow and mindful introduction to prenatal yoga, discuss the benefits to mind, body and baby, offer helpful modifications as belly and baby grows, and discuss practices to incorporate into your day to day life.
Besides covering the basics of prenatal nutrition, we'll dive into foods that help with ailments, foods for energy and sleep, foods to inspire baby and more. This will be an engaging informational session with lots of Q&A.
Enjoy a focused session on breathing and meditation that will teach you techniques to incorporate into your daily life. Taking moments to focus on breath and baby are an awesome way to bring more joy to your pregnancy and get in tune with how you're feeling physically and mentally throughout your day and throughout your pregnancy.
A certified and experienced doula will share some amazing birth stories for inspiration, provide resources for childbirth planning and share recommendations for how to make your childbirth experience best for you and baby. Regardless of if you're planning a natural childbirth, c-section or planning on having an epidural/other medical pain aid, knowing what to expect is empowering.
Breastfeeding isn't for everyone but it helps to learn about the amazing benefits to both mom and baby. A lactation consultant will review benefits, share resources for support, share top product recommendations and cover the basics of how to nurse your baby for the first time. Lots of time for Q&A and some engaging conversation.
Your skin is an organ that can stretch in ways that seemed impossible, and yet here you are and still growing. Learn tips and tricks, product recommendations and basic routines to help stop itching belly, prevent stretch marks and stay moisturized. We'll also cover basics on how to get that glowing skin head to toe.
