A Postnatal Yoga Class is perfect for when you are getting back into your regular exercise routine by gently supporting you with where your body is currently at, supporting you with your postpartum recovery.
Taking this time for yourself to reconnect with your body & your little one creates a beautiful environment for you to bond in a fun & lightheaded way. You’re welcome to feed, change or take time out with your baby when you need to, really anything goes in this class so do what’s best for you & your little one.
