Why women LOVE her yoga classes

 My training and own experience has fine-tuned my eye for understanding, detail and application. I am body-positive and my eye for proper body alignment is unparallel. My classes are creative, safe, always evolving and most of all fun. My goal is to have my clients feel more open, aware and focused beyond their perceived limits. Clients will feel strong, calm and nourished – a true sense of growth physically, emotionally and spiritually after classes. 


What you can expect from her classes

 Women will receive a safe, tailored class truly dedicated to their body and needs. I strike a beautiful balance of guiding clients gently and yet pushing and teaching clients to listen to their body. You will grow in strength, flexibility, tone and receive a great work out on all levels with intention and purpose. My flows are juicy, heart opening and influenced by Vinyasa and Yin. Classes will always be dynamic, soothing and an attainably challenging sequence perfectly catered to requests. I put so much care and consideration into each class and I want my clients to be excited and eagerly waiting for the next class.  


What inspires her as a yoga teacher

  Growing up as a dancer, I was introduced to Pilates and yoga and fell in love with both and the ways they beautifully complemented each other. Pilates gave me structure, whereas yoga helped me be free- the inner dancer in me getting lost in the flows. My biggest inspirations are being a life- long mover and forever student. I spent the first part of my career heavily invested in Pilates and rehabilitation trainings, and learning everything I could about anatomy, injury specializations and psychology. This was due in part to injuries I had in my twenties but also my never-ending curiosity on how to support the body- physically, emotionally and spirituality. I am now at a point where I am diving deeper into my spiritual practice and very inspired about this new journey. I thrive on connection and I am deeply invested in learning about my clients and nothing makes me happier than watching them grow on their health journey, connect to their true self, and finding that inner glow.
