Anita is a Spiritual Teacher, Birth Doula, Yoga Teacher and Pregnancy Massage Therapist. For the past 20 years she has been supporting women during pregnancy to feel empowered and healthy.

Anita is nurturing by nature and passionate about helping others feel their best. She is professionally trained and accredited in massage, yoga and as a professional birth doula.
Anita Kelder has been a 2200-hour registered massage therapist since 2005 and graduated yoga teacher training in 2004 from Prana Yoga School, Vancouver. As a birth doula she has been guiding & supporting birthing families since 2013 training with Dona International and Gail Tully-registered midwife, Spinning Babies®since 2015.

I teach the Khalsa Way pregnancy yoga. It draws from many lineages of yoga to support women through the physical, emotional and spiritual changes as she prepares to bring a new life into this world.
Drawing mainly from soundalike yoga the practice is empowering, full of birth wisdom and joy. You will feel calm, renewed and confident to embrace the adventure ahead. The fluidity of the practice supports you and your baby to connect more deeply.
